1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Dent Altes Sağlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. (the “Clinic”), in its capacity as data controller, within the scope explained below.

2. Personal Data Processed

Depending on the nature of the service provided, the following data categories may be processed:

• Identity information (first name, surname).
• Contact information (telephone number, email address, address).
• Health information (special categories of personal data relating to examination, diagnosis and treatment processes).
• If your explicit consent is present, visual records relating to treatment (before/after images).
• The content of requests and messages you send through the website.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

• Creating and managing appointment requests.
• Carrying out diagnosis, treatment and care services directed at oral and dental health.
• Providing communication regarding services and evaluating requests and complaints.
• Fulfilling legal obligations, primarily health legislation, and retaining records.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Your personal data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely “the establishment or performance of a contract”, “fulfilment of a legal obligation” and “legitimate interest”.

Special categories of personal data such as your health data are, pursuant to Article 6 of the KVKK, processed by persons under an obligation of confidentiality for the purposes of protecting public health, preventive medicine, and carrying out diagnosis, treatment and care services. In cases outside this scope, your explicit consent is sought.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

As a rule, your personal data is not shared with third parties. It may only be transferred, within the framework of obligations arising from legislation, to legally authorised public institutions and organisations (e.g. the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health, judicial authorities) and, in cases required by your treatment and to the extent necessary, to suppliers from whom services are received (e.g. a dental laboratory).

6. Method of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected in electronic and physical form through the contact/appointment forms on the website, communication by telephone or WhatsApp, and the examination and treatment processes carried out at the clinic.

7. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose.
• To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad.
• To request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly.
• To request its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions provided for in the KVKK.
• To request compensation for damage arising due to unlawful processing.

8. Method of Application

Your applications are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
