Impacted and
Wisdom Tooth Extraction
With over 15 years of surgical experience, we perform impacted tooth extractions comfortably and safely.

What is an Impacted Tooth?
An impacted tooth is a tooth that remains stuck in the jawbone or gum tissue and cannot fully emerge into the oral cavity. The most commonly impacted teeth are wisdom teeth, also known as third molars.
With over 15 years of experience and thousands of successful operations, we perform impacted tooth extractions in a comfortable and safe manner. The vast majority of our patients say the procedure was much more comfortable than they expected.
Wisdom teeth typically try to emerge between ages 17-25. However, they can remain impacted or partially impacted when there isn't enough space in the jaw or when they're positioned at an incorrect angle.
Personalized Evaluation
During your examination, we'll review your wisdom teeth together using X-ray images and decide whether intervention is necessary. Not every impacted tooth needs to be extracted; we'll make the right decision together.
How Does the Operation Process Work?
During your first appointment, an X-ray is taken, and the tooth's position is evaluated. You're given detailed information about the operation.
After local anesthesia, the procedure begins. Depending on the position, it takes 20-45 minutes. The gum is opened, bone shaping is done if needed, and the tooth is removed.
We provide you with detailed care instructions. There may be mild swelling in the first few days, easily managed with prescribed medications.
Sutures are typically removed after 7-10 days. We follow your healing process to ensure everything is on track.

We've compiled the questions our patients ask most frequently:
Not every wisdom tooth needs to be extracted. However, evaluating the position and risks with an X-ray is important.
Partially erupted teeth create areas that are difficult to clean. The risk of gum inflammation is higher. We recommend an evaluation.
Yes. The procedure is performed entirely comfortably with local anesthesia. Most patients say it was more comfortable than expected.
It depends on your situation. Extracting all four in a single session is possible, as is extracting them in pairs.
Yes. Canine teeth, premolars, or other teeth can also remain impacted. We apply the same surgical approach.
There's no age limit for impacted tooth extraction. However, healing is generally faster at younger ages.
If conditions like diabetes are under control, the operation can be safely performed. We'll coordinate with your doctor.
What to Expect After the Operation?
First 24 Hours: Mild bleeding is normal. Cold compresses reduce swelling. First Few Days: Mild swelling possible, medication provides comfort. First Week: Sensitivity decreases, sutures removed. Complete Healing: 1-2 weeks for tissue, 3-4 months for bone.
